Joint bearings are mainly sliding bearings with a special structure consisting of an inner ring with an outer spherical surface and an outer ring with an inner spherical surface, which can withstand large loads.

2、 HRB Bearing - Joint Bearing Performance

1. Joint bearings can withstand radial loads, axial loads, or combined loads of both radial and axial directions. Due to the composite material embedded on the outer spherical surface of the inner ring, the joint bearing can generate self-lubricating during operation.

2. Generally, joint bearings are used for low-speed swinging motion and low-speed rotation, and can also perform tilting motion within a certain angle range. When the support shaft is not concentric with the shaft housing hole, it can still work normally. Self lubricating joint bearings are used in industries such as water conservancy and professional machinery.

3. The allowable working temperature of joint bearings is mainly determined by the matching materials between the sliding surfaces of the bearings. But for all lubricated and self-lubricating joint bearings, they can be used within the temperature range of -30 ℃ to+80 ℃ and maintain the correct bearing capacity.

4. The inclination angle of joint bearings is much larger than that of general adjustable rolling bearings, making them suitable for use in support parts with low concentricity requirements. The inclination angle range of radial joint bearings is generally 3 °~15 °, the inclination angle range of angular contact joint bearings is 2 °~3 °, and the inclination angle range of thrust joint bearings is 6 °~9 °.
